Support is free for all registered users and for all users during the evaluation period.

If you encounter a problem, please, follow these steps:

1. Check the product web page to see if there is an available upgrade that could solve your troubles. If is a newer version is available, then download it from our downloads page and install it.
   It is always good idea to backup (zip whole the product install directory) your current installation before installing a new version.
2. If you are not able to solve your problem using the latest version of your product then e-mail us the problem.
   
   Please make sure to include:

• Your name
• Product name and version
• Registration number
• Operating system
• A description of the problem

Please give us as much information and details as possible, we sincerely appreciate your help. We will do our best to fix the problem in the next program update, free for registered customers.
